Hello again everyone,

Today I was looking at my tank, (just recently finished cycling about a week ago) but I noticed what looked like a thin worm moving up the glass. I'm sure I had seen another one or two like it, but they were in the current and I assumed it was root matter from plants. The one on the glass was about 1/4 - 1/2 an inch long and looked like it had a "hair" or thread sticking out of the top of it. What types of worms could they be? Do I need to be concerned?

It is a heavily planted tank. This morning my readings were Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 10.

If it was white it may be planarias, they are caused by overfeeding. Cut back on feeding and clean your substrate really well next time you do a water change.
