Would they school?

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on if I got some glowfish danios(like 2-3) would they school with my current leopard danios or are leopard danios racist?

My glo-fish school (sp?) with my zebra danios. I don't think fish can see color, but I could be very wrong. So I think they would do just fine with your leopards.

Not nearly enough for my reaction when I read that, but maybe I was wrong and it was meant as sarcasm as well.

I guess the whole color thing makes me wonder can fish see color? If they can't then, that would mean if they didn't school and they do hate others based on color lol.

I would think they do see color, to an extent, look at some of the color variations between males and females. But they also recognise body shape which can make them react.

I think I am going to try it as danios seem super easy to care for and they are the wildest of the fish in my tank, 1-2 of each color glowfish would really make my tank look cool(after I ditch the terrible looking gravel my wife picked out)
