just wondering if i was to add a mirror to the side of my 120g would that be cruel to the fish i have or would it make them feel more at ease thinking theres twice the amount of fish there

I haven't done it but i have heard of people using mirrors on the backs of thier tanks. It adds the appearance of depth to the tank. So I don't see why you couldn't use one on the side. Although you may not want to do it if you have a betta in the tank.

not for most territorial fish for that matter. my RBP's freak when they see their reflections.
