i would call two heads like that a frag...If I were paying full coral prices for it I would expect to be getting at least 4-5 good sized heads. When I got my hammer from a local guy, I think I paid about 10 bucks for something about the same size as yours.

Typical ebay behaviour and the #1 reason I will never buy anything "live" from anyone on there. Seen this happen time and time again.. Consider yourself luckly. I have seen people pay $500+ for a 1/8" frag of an echinophyllia that died in less than 24 hours and was sold as a 2" frag. Happens all to often on there.

But yes, I would call that a 2 head frogspawn frag, normal LFS price is $12.50/head so that would be a $25 frag at the store I work at. Second one, a flame scallop, another animal I feel doesn't belong in an aquarium due to extremely low survival rate. They require low/no light and very dirty water (dirty as in very nutrient rich) in order to survive, which usually doesn't work to well for other corals in the same tank.

right reported it waiting to hear back!
need help keeping this flame scallop alive! didnt actually order it! thrown in as freebie either because i bought hammer two weeks ago paid straight away and never heard from guy! or because it was supposed to be a full size coral and turned out to be frag worth half the price i paid!!!
i have moved it to shaded spot and i feed coral gro daily and liquifry, liquid food for filter feeding inverterbrates ? any more ideas? hate to think i killing things in my tank!

The bad news is that the scallop already looks quite bad. I don't expect it to live terribly much longer as it stands, even if you begin feeding it the appropriate foods.

well its still alive!!
we reported him to ebay and he insists this is a big coral not a frag!!
but he has said he will send us a free coral worth £15 to stop us leaving bad feedback!
but i dont want people to fall for that!
will keep you posted!
