Wounded Discus?

I just noticed (what appears to be a small mark/gash on the side of one of my Discus? The fish seems active and doesn't seem to bother it.

If it is a cut/gash should I use some kind of medicine in the water so it does not get infected?

Also,just looking for opinions. I did not see what caused this. I do have one Discus that is always pushing the other 2 around,usually open mouth. Anyone think another Discus could have caused this ? If so what measures can I take? I currently only have one tank

if it is a gash, you will need to separate the fish immediatley and provide 110% perfect water conditions. anti fungal meds and anti bacterial meds may need to be used to keep the wound from getting infected and to keep fungus from attacking the fish though the wound

its that or you might be getting slight lateral line disease. best you post a picture and we can diagnose

It's hard to tell. I do think it is a scrape or cut. I will try to get some pictures for people to see
