Wow, Look what I found today. Also, Name that algae.

I just now at random decided to go have a look at the fish..... when I happened to notice this bump on one of my plants, worried it was more of this brown algae (or beard algae) I have growing, I took a closer look.

Check it out.

Does this thing eat that algae?(What is that algae on my plants?) is it a mystery or pond snail? I did't notice a trap door, but maybe its too small.

Will my betta eat it if he finds it?
Could there be more?

ya i havent determined weather or not he is eating my plants or just the algae on them, or if he is even eating the brown/red algae.
I also think he is probably a mystery snail but i think its too early to tell yet.

Looks like a little pond snail to me, your plants look great! I dont' see much algae at all.

he's a pond snail, not a mystery or the like. He will not damage the plants and will only eat dying plant matter and algae.

Looks like a little pond snail to me, your plants look great! I dont' see much algae at all.

you havent seen my sword. its a brownish algae thats growing on them all.
