Wow...these Harlequins are really fantastic!

I got five of them at an LFS even though they were kind of dull looking, and I figured if I didn't end up liking them I'd exchange them for something else.
Over the course of a few days, they really colored up and now I am planning on getting five more so they are a school of 10

yeah, i have some n i love those lil buggers. theyre moving from a 10 to a 20 gallon in a few days. i have 6 of em now n might get a few more when they move.
i have a few. they school nicely, arent fast like danios, very hardy, and dont die easily. of course my giant centerpiece fish doesnt bother anyone... but they dont fear him at all and school around him. definetly a school that draws attention and makes a tank.

That's a nice tank you got. Maybe add some taller plants...?
I love my Harlequins too but they love the back of the tank more than they do me.
On a side note, the Porkchop Rasboras (very similar to the Harlequins) share the same tank and they don't school with the Harlequins. They are more "free-floating" than schooling.

i love the look of the gravel with the incline! i was gunna do the same with my 29 but the place i went to didnt have anymore green or black gravel (i bought the last of it:grinyes
