Daphina is fine bbgobies would love it, if thats the kind you have. It just takes a little longer to eat no biggie. As far as rinsing it, and I hate to say this as I don't much like others doing it to me, but its a waste of time. Conditions where daphina is raised are clean enough. Tubiflex are another story.
