Or something i could use to hold fry in inside the tank cause i don't have an extra. I was hoping someone might have an extra lying around that they wouldn't mind giving me I'll cover shipping. i could also pay like buck or two for it. thanks guys

Get floating plants!!! Much better and you won't stress mom out. What kind of fish?

I agree Winter Rose, I think that keeping the babies in there after birth would be your best bet on keeping any fry. I am thinking of getting a net myself for the babies to stay in until they get some size on them so they don't get eaten by bigger fishies. Of course after birth is the way to go in my eyes, that way mommy don't get stressed at all.

ya i agree and i can still save most of them if i move them into it and some will still most likely end up as fish food :(

You dont need CO2 for moss. You dont really HAVE to have CO2 for plants. Its something people choose to have to make plants grow better.

If you must have a breeder net, you could go to walmart or a chain retail place like petsmart or petco to get one and it would end up being just as much or less than buying one from someone on here. My square hang-over-the-side breeder net cost me 4.00 at walmart. They're about 5.00 other places.

just take a strawberry container and line it with screening then BAM! you have yourself a DIY breeder net :D
