You have one of the best LFS in the country right in your neighborhood: The Fish Place. I would check there first, if not, try aquabid. You could also have one of the Mang brothers order it for you.
 
I've got silver dollar to 3"+ males and females. Most can be sexed and some are paired or pairing. Also have a bud near Scranton (closer to ya) that used to breed'em. PM me if you're interested.
