WTHeck? De-chlorinator smells... rotten?

Sorry for all the new topics, but I just noticed that my de-chlorinator smells really rank for some reason, I never noticed it before, but it smells pretty bad. You don't notice it until you intentionally put your nose up to the bottle (don't ask why I did it). It just smells rotten?
Has my de-chlor gone bad?

By the way, I use aquasafe

i dont know about yours but Prime's bottle says that the sulfur smell is normal.
