Xenia Farm

That sounds great. I'm doing all of my trading with other local reefers. It's working out very well so far. I just got back with a big piece of LR covered with large blue/brown shrooms. About 15 of them in total. I ended up paying cash for it but only $15 :)
 
I have xenia most any time you would want it as well.. I traded to a LFS store for some macro (I got ripped) I was told it didn't make it... I find that hard to belive.. it grows like wild fire and the lfs is only 3 blocks from my house.. I think he is wanting me to give him some more for free.. he seels it for 40 dollars a stalk when he has it....
 
The chunks I took in are priced at $55 each--about average price when they can get xenia in, but mine looks much better--fuller pieces, and more of them. We'll see how it sells--if it goes well, I'm sure she'll happily buy more from us. :)
 
I am new to propagation. If anyone of you don't mind, I would be happy to pay for shipment providing that it is not too expensive. It would be a good learning for me. I would appreciated if I could have a variety frag of Xenia.

did you ever get a xenia frag? I am in georgia so shipping might be a little pricey for you (i'm guessing 25-30 dollars) I would be glad to share some with you.... Xenia is fairly common though.. maybe you could find some closer that you wont have to pay to ship.
 
I have heard xenia doesnt ship well.?? Anyone near Nor/Central Cali that has any xenia or polyps they want to be rid of? I am just starting out with my nano reef and coral is so expensive. Looking for kindhearted people that can part with some beginner stuff cheap.
