I posted once before about my yellow mystery snails and they still won't crawl around. they haven't moved for weeks. they will ease out of there shells for a while wile never making contact with the bottom and stay that way for days until i touch them making them retreat back into their shells. Could anyone help me! or should i just take them back to pet store?

If you've had them for a few weeks, I doubt the LFS would take them back.

That is what my snails have done shortly before they die. I don't think there is anything you can do. What are your test readings?

You'll want to check your parameters. Apple snails are EXTREMELY sensitive to ammonia and nitrite. If either of these readings are off, that could be your problem. They also need a pH of around 7.2-7.4, fairly hard water, and a source of calcium (cuttlebone, liquid calcium, high calcium food, etc)
So it could be your water readings, or it might be your temperature. In colder water they aren't as active.
Check your parameters. Also, what are the other occupants of the tank? And what have you been feeding them?

i'd say they are fairly hardy. mine has survived 2 nitrite spikes and a BIG ammonia spike. i'm not vouching for treating them this way, i'm just saying it has not been my experience that they are sensitive creatures.
