My Yellow Tang has developed a slightly ragged top fin that appears to be a slightly reddish on the very edge. Is this fin rot, and how can I treat it? Water parameters are all normal.

55 Gallon, 1 Tomato Clown, 4 small green chromis, 1 cardinal; Feeding every other day - rotate between mysis, brine, & plankton. Also feed seaweed on feeding clip.

I haven't tested the ammonia since I last had it tested at the LFS over a week ago where I was told it was fine. As for salinity, I'll have to test when I get home and get back to you.

I feed a 3"x3" piece of the seaweed about once a week.

I'd start feeding more greens, more often. Yellow tangs do best on a mostly vegetable/seaweed/algae diet.
