Yes, another ich post, but different

Hey, my green chromis have ich, and yes i kno its ich. i use galric to to to get rid of them. Sometimes, the white spots go away tho. I will turn the light off, and then later, the spots appear agian. Why is this??

Ich doesn't appear and disappear. It will remain on the surface until it drops off, when a the small wound will appear. If the bumps are returning, exact same place, I'd suspect something else.

Have you watched to see when/how the bumps disappear? Could be something like marine lice--they typically hide during the day but come out at night to feed on the fish. They are a parasite but will require more than garlic treatment to get rid of them.

Cleaner shrimps can remove alot of parasites as long as they are not burrowed into the skin.
