Opinions on any more fish or not.

10g

3 mollies
2 platys

I would like to get 4 and 4 but is that to much? I have a 20 g filter and do water changes atleast once a week. No plants, but i do have a few decorations, less than usual tho.

I have 2 play's right now, both males, oops, and they didn't get along well, so one is in the litttle tank for a bit, will 2 females fix this prob?

Also i assume i will be needing a bottom feeder, no?

I would recommend some ghost shrimp. Then again, I would recommend ghost shrimp in any tank where they won't be immediately consumed. They're fun to watch and are good at finding bits of missed food.

I would be careful when choosing mollies. Many of them get far too big for a 10 gallon tank. What type are you looking at getting?

ten gallon should only be until either april or sept when i move. Right now i have a dalmation, a llyre tail and a ballooon.

For a 10g, I would stick to only one type of fish. The tank is so small that it's tough to get a reasonably natural behaviour out of more than one type. If you've got 2 males in the tank, add 3 females and some ghost shrimp, maybe a half dozen. You'll have a nice, active tank, fun to watch but without the heavy bio load of adding mollies to the mix, which means easier maintenance. JMO, but easy maintenance (or easier) is a big plus, even if it's just a 10g.

I would hold off until after the move in adding more to a 10 gallon tank. Moving fish is tricky work and often results in lots of stress for the fish. Plsu plans fall through all too often (I speak from experience on that as I should have my 38 gallon long right now but don't so I am glad I didn't stock in anticipation).
