So my sweet husband is building me a betta tank, and I am so excited.. it is going to be trimmed in oak. I will show pictures as he builds it. I just wanted to share that.
On another note this is my handsome new boy Bo. Short for Rainbow, my daughter picked out his name

hah! That's pretty cool! Very unique..do the dividers have holes in them for circulation? I can't really tell in the picture. If they don't then you would probably need 3 seperate filters for each cube. Azoo palm filters would work and they are pretty cheap! Also might want to consider some taller plants (fake or real) to block the line of sight on either side of them so they don't become stressed from seeing eachother 24/7.

I wish someone would build custom tanks for me! Your hubby did a great job

Thanks everyone, he is the king of the tank He was my walmart purchase, just sitting there in one of those cups at the back. I had to get the big boy.
Bettafishmommy his full name is nemo rainbow lol..Kids are great..
Juice the dividers don't go all the way to the bottom there is a gap, and also My husband is going to cut slots into the dividers, they are secure fitting but I can remove them. Also I will be growing plants and adding some driftwood, just my small town doesn't have any, so I have to wait till I go to the city next. I'll look into the Azoo filter, thanks for the tip.
This was my husbands first tank, next he wants to build a treasure chest design. He did do a great job, he bought the tank from a place called pet traders for $10, and then built the rest. However his next tank he is building the tank aswell.
