YKYAFKW you get really excited when someone gives you a big box of petrified wood.
 
....when you ace every question about the nitrogen cycle on exams/quizzes.


((This happened to me Monday...wasn't prepared for the quiz, since I had to give a half hour presentation that day, but half the quiz was on nitrification...and I was like hmm... nitrite, nitrate...this is a breeze! ;). I pretty much think of fish tanks every time the nitrogen cycle rears its head...which is surprisingly frequently...talked about it in 2 classes this semester. ))
 
You know you're a fish keeper when you go to bite your hang nail off only to stop because you cant remember if your hands were in the tank today...
 
YKYAFKW you don't care if your hands have been in the tank and bite that hang nail anyway! lol.

seriously though, i know there are illnesses, etc that you can get from your tank, but i rarely worry.
 
ok, i know i just posted, but i couldn't resist, lol.

YKYAFKW you play around and make stuff like this in paint..... at work! hahahaha.

now, in hindsight, i'm wishing i'd thought of this sooner and modified it somehow and entered the AC t shirt design contest, lol.
