You know you're a fishkeeper when.......

... when your mother starts refering to your fish as her "grandchildren".
.................................................................um... ok but i have to warn you that a face palm is in order

You know your a fish keeper when you are at the LFS teaching people stuff.... without a paycheck

When you have a fish die and you hold a burial service, sulk for a few days and call out sick from work saying you had a tragedy in the family..

When it's Monday, you've got twenty bucks to last you till Thursday, but you still have to buy the Female Dwarf Gourami and Red C. Wendtii becuase you haven't been able to find them anywhere else..

When you're brother decides he wants to start a tank, and you send him 20 text messages outlining what to look for in a filter, what fish don't mix, etc, then end up going to the store with him anyways.

When your girlfriends sister calls you to help her friend figure out why their new F.P. clownfish and the blue damsel they used to cycle their reef tank are fighting, and despite only keeping freshwater fish, you know that answer.

When you get pissed off at Facebook games for misnaming fish, supplying freshwater plants and only salt water fish, and letting you put bettas and clownfish in the same tank.

"When you get pissed off at Facebook games for misnaming fish, supplying freshwater plants and only salt water fish, and letting you put bettas and clownfish in the same tank." OMG I do that all the time! lol

you kno ur a fishkeeper when:
u worry bout ur tank leaking everyday and checking all the connections and seals everyday.
youd rather spend ur time with ur fish and AC then go to ur friends house wen they call..

When you spend several hours a day on Fish Tycoon while posting on AC, watching YouTube videos of fish, and doing a water change all at the same time.

facebook games involving fish.. aquariumworld and fishkeepers...
ggrrrrr

BUMP.

You know your a fish keeper when you buy 60 nylon pot scrubbers/scouring pads to use as bio filter media.
