Woops, missed this for a bit. I'd say those are definitely 3 males and 1 female from the shape of the head and pectoral fins. None of the fish are full of eggs, but the males get nearly as plump as the females do, when it comes to that.
I posted pictures in detail of the 6 fish I was working with, and got answers of everything from 4 males and 2 females, all females, all males, to I don't know what else, all from people that have spawned them. Sexing them is just not an exact science, but now that mine are spawning, I do see that the sex ratio I THOUGHT I had, was correct. (2 males, 4 females). I added another "pair" to the group to shake up the social hierarchy and had a spawn within a couple weeks.

My females don't use caves, the males do, it's just been that simple for sexing purposes.
