I know you said somewhere that the light was on sale for very cheap. How much did you pay again? Also, if you can remember, how much was the 48" one?
The 2 48" reflectors cost just over $300 for both light fixtures (close to that..)
The 72" costs $550 in Pet Solutions catalog. (part #46425472 pg.52) --- I got it for $350 including the 6 MoonLites built-in flush with the reflector material....very nice!

when you got your new light, what bulbs came with it? I am looking at the 48" one on Big Al's and it doesn't say what kind of bulbs. I am hoping it has 6500K ones because the 10,000K and actinic bulbs don't do me any good.
The new tank looks awesome.
I can't wait until I can setup a Discus tank again. I really miss mine.:sad
