Agreed, in terms of filtration bigger is (almost) always better. You could probably pick up a filter for pretty cheap off ebay or off the internet if you look for low prices or specials. Last year I picked up a pair of aquaclear 20s off the internet for like 10$ shipped, so good deals are out there.

While I have not tried any of the other brands, my stealth has worked extremely well for me for the past year. I also like the all black look because I use black backgrounds and it helps it blend in.

Not sure exactly what you mean by that question, but in any event the answer is yes. If you meant guppies breeding with endlers, I believe they will and create hybrid children. If you meant endlers breeding with other endlers, they certainly will do that too.

As long as your current filter is creating enough surface agitation, your tank will not need an air pump. If your fish are gasping at the surface, I would certainly add one, but I highly doubt that will be required.

I would have to say that the answer to that question for me is "it depends." I think it is fine when people feed fish to other larger predatory fish as long as the feeder fish is killed within a reasonable period of time. I don't agree with a fish being chased around a tank for thirty minutes...

Well, my smaller tanks don't really have any fish who "rule" the tank, but my largest tank has a male convict that bosses the other fish around. He's even managed to bite my hand a couple times. :D Freaked me out the first time he did it, especially cause I watched him go up and attack, luckily...

Oh how I envy you!! Anyway, I have 2 ten gallon tanks, a five gallon eclipse, and a 23 gallon. I would love to get more, but my parents won't let me. Besides, I don't have any more room in my bedroom for tanks, unless I can get some sort of waterbed/aquarium.

I have to say, if you really have all the fish you claim to have and aren't a :troll: , your tank is tremendously overstocked. In addition, many of the fish you keep together shouldn't be together regardless of the size of the tank.
