I have a huge duster in the big tank that has been there for at least 8 months and have never target fed it, I do dose the tank with phyto and turn filter and skimmer off for an hour. Willhave to watch out for shrimp - will it only pick on the heador will it go for the tube too?

They don't have them in my lfs that often and not too keen on buying inverts online, will have to have a look around and maybe travel a bit further. Not gonna get any more fish for nano though, I would like some more corals in there though.

He is in with Tang but as I mentioned I have a constant supply of cheato which Tang much prefers over the nori, in fact I put a sheet of nori in the yesterday and Tang didn't really touch it.
