$1 per gallon tank sale at petco!

When I last bought some at the sale(18mos ago) it was every tank from 10 to 55 gallons, EXCEPT the 15gallon. At least here in N.E. WI the 15 wasn't included.
I remember because when I checked out the total cost was off from my guess-timate and the cashier showed me the full price on the 15. The manager said it wasn't an error, the 15 wasn't included.
I didn't get the 15 that day....

That is stupid. Was it the correct brand?

Was it an Aquaeon tank? They only sell those during the dollar per gallon sale.

I saw a thread from early in 2011 about them not doing the 55's or 29's also.
Maybe it has to with what they have for extra stock or were able to get a bulk discount on.
Either way, it was a good deal and so I ended up with another 20Long instead of a 15. I was just trying to cover all the bases for tanks from 10 to 55, lol. Next sale I'm getting 1 or2 40g breeders for when I have room and money to get things rolling along with this MTS thing properly
