I would recommend an auto top off uni if it has not already been suggested. Preferably one that has an electing sensor rather than a float valve.
Totally worth the money to have the peace of mind to know that you won't have to top off for aweek or more

Don't need one for my 14gallon. It take about 2 cups of water every 3 or 4 days and since the tank is in the living room I always know when it needs topping off.

Picked up two zebra legged hermits and one turbo snail since the algae is starting to crop up. Still haven't found the right fish yet.

Picked up a Citron Goby and a Cerith snail. So we will see if this one makes it longer than a week.

Neat fish, good luck. Clown gobies in general don't have the best track record but Citrons seem to do the best. Is it eating?

I have to say, the cerith snail is defiantly pulling its weight. That thing is like a machine. The turbo just stays on the glass and circles the tank. But that cerith has a goal and its defiantly out to achieve it.

My free ro/di water source dried up. The guy stopped letting the public come and get free water from him so that’s kind of a drag. I did a water change yesterday after I bought some ro/di water and there weren’t any problems with the Citron Goby (named Gary) so whatever happened with the royal gamma is lost to eternity. Too bad though I like the Goby, that Royal Gamma was pretty neat. I think in about 2 weeks I am going to pick up a cleaner shrimp and a neon goby. Then I think my tank will be complete.

Everything is doing great. The Goby is doing great and eating well. The hermits are ok, but they are bullying each other for shells, even though they are all the same size and type. The turbo snail stinks, he just stays in the top 5 inches of the tank and really just makes circles. The star player is the cerith snail, that guy is all over the place. The tank is clean, the parameters are always zero when I do my water changes, so everything is 5 by 5. However, my free RO/DI water source dried up. The guy stopped letting the public come to get water and he is taking a "break" and just sticking to his high dollar stuff for now. So I have to buy my water for about 50 cents a gallon. No big deal since 15 gallons will last me about...4 or 5 weeks.

Right now I'm working on a water garden for my mother for mother's day, its finished except I just need to find a small and cheap pond liner. I'll post some more pics soon, but I need to borrow a better camera to take macro pictures with.
