Wow! You really do have a very interesting plan with the macro and stuff ... I'm sure its going to end up looking really sweet once you're done.

Yeah ... gotta hate diatoms ... thankfully I didn't have too bad of a time with them, except for on the glass. It will clear up soon though!

Here are a few updates. I received part of my order today but the rest of it is back-ordered until next week. The hermits, 1 emerald crab, Halimeda, shrimp, and striped turbos will be coming in the next shipment.
I did get the Prolifera, Codium, shoal grass, Mexican turbo snails, Vibex snails and 1 of the 2 emerald crabs I ordered. I look forward to seeing things grow in a bit.

I don't think I've ever seen so many different macro algaes planted in a display before. Will be interesting to see how it all comes together for you.

Thanks! It's my background in planted tanks that inspired me to go with a heavy macro themed tank. I can't wait to get the Halimeda in there and I'll eventually put some red macros in there, as well. The shoal grass should look nice when it grows in more. I think I'm going to just yank out the coral replicas and put more macros in their place. The purple coralline is coming in fast, too.
