An idea for fish compatibility- I know Petco has a compatibility chart, each fish down the side and accross the top, green if they get along, yellow if they're iffy, red if they don't. I'm not sure how accurate their chart is, but I think it's a good way to present the concept- or store it, in a 2D array or something.
