Uh.. I wasn't trying to take ownership of "your" link.

Anyway... Pretty sure the LAST thing I'd want to add is ~400lbs of cement blocks under an already very heavy aquarium. LOL!

It's good info though. A heavy-duty setup for sure.
Of course you weren't. I was just making a funny.

Yep. At least, that's what *I* was trying to describe. I'm not one that's big on aesthetics, but I'd try to line everything up as symmetrically as possible, just to make sure everything is as stable as possible.

A local club president setup a fish rack using cinder blocks and 2x4x10s. Three columns of cinder blocks, three sets of shelves. Has 23 tanks on it--22 10 gallon tanks and a 40 on top. First tier was 1 cinder block high, then I think he had 2 cinder blocks per tier to provide room for lighting and tank access.
