I just did a 1/3 water change in the tank and the tank is still all cloudy and co2 stuff. I hope that it will go away eventually.

keep doing wc, not just one. Do 2 a day or so.

Trying to contain that much yeast in a tiny little bottle it probably pushed up through the hose eventually as it started to go to work. Remember you need to balance all the variables. You would've need about 5 times the water to balance that out right and it would've obviously not fit inside your container.
