The local hardware told me "Go away kid" a long time ago when dealing with glass. I did all my own glass cutting. I think alot of it has to do with how nice you are to them, and how you look.
I am looking for a cure for what happened to me with my light. "Smart Strips" fix the problem. There is one on ebay for about $35 with shipping. I have a little electronics background. I will keep looking for the cheap-o fix.
