I feel bad for the OP, having his thread hijacked. To answer your question OP, I have looked around and I can not find any decimated number of how many households have both cats and dogs, I hope you are able to find it.

I feel bad for him too, I think it may be too late. If he was considering getting a car and we haven't heard from him in a few days it's a real possibility that he got one and is now infected by the brain parasite.
