^And if you do add more rock, add it after it has cured in another tank/container. Don't add uncured rock to your tank. Another option would be to add clean dry rock which will take some time to seed before it will be able to sustain a bioload.

Okay I added 2 Banggai Cardinalfish and a Chocolate Chip Starfish. Added a 600 Marineland Maxi-Jet Powerhead as well

Good that you got the powerhead. Be careful not to overfeed to help keep nutrients down and test your water every couple of days.

it seems like the Chromis is bossing the other fish into a section of the tank, is that normal?

Cardinals tend to hover and the quick moving chromis is probably weirding them out a bit. The chromis is a bit more aggressive but both should hold their own.

They seem to be getting alone fine. How do I feed the starfish? Will it scavenge? It's moving around a lot, mostly on the live rock

One of the cardinalfish kind of hangs in the corner and doesn't come up to the top of the tank when I feed. Could something be wrong?
