Fly Rivers have been growing on me over the years. There's one at a pet shop near me (not for sale) and it's just so darn cool to watch it swim around in it's tank. About the closest thing you could ever own to a sea turtle.

Brookesia perarmata (would love to work with this species again)
Brookesia vadoni
Bradypodion damaranum (should have this species soon)
Bradypodion pumilum
Trioceros eisentrauti
Trioceros laterispinis (would love to work with this species again)
Astrochelys (=Geochelone) radiata

If I could keep any reptile or amphibian...

I would keep exactly the kind I currently keep -- NONE! I'm just too much of a wimp

But I do love seeing pictures of what other people keep, especially lizards

Pelagic seasnakes, Pelamis platurus is a species I've wanted to work with for some time now. If I had the space and budget for a couple thousand gallon tank they'd be in it.

The list of what I want -- that I can, legally own if/when I make the space and time, -- is so long that I've not taken the time to think about what I might want that I'd never be able to own. It's not a herp, but I'd love to own a weta some day. Far as I know, they're illegal to export from New Zealand and not for sale in the U.S. Mundane as it sounds, I'd love to own iguanas again, but I haven't the time or space at present.

^ You're totally fired. That's not even close to being a reptile but Wetas are awesome looking bugs! I would totally keep one too if we were allowed.
