We HAD a good one. Now all we have is a petco. Not a good fish one either. But Ceasers in Santa Rosa, Ca. on Stony Point Road is very very good.

Really great pet shop fish wise. Decor and chemicals are a bit pricey but their fish tanks are nice and clean. No dead fish from what I have seen (I have been 3 times). There is a guy that works really hard to keep their tanks nice and clean. They also do saltwater and they have a reef room full of all sorts of cool coral and such.

I second House of Tropicals in Glen Burnie MD!! Best lfs I have ever been too. worth the 2 hour drive for me!!

It's a small business and I think they are being put out by the big names who are better known and have more visible locations but if you're in the Northwest Arkansas area go by and take a look.

I was there this past Monday,while waiting for my stand I saw they had some really beautiful Electric Blue Rams, all looked very healthy and what looked like Y. Sidthimunki, they called polka dot loach. They also looked very healthy.

Used to be a wonderful fish only shop known as Exotic Tropicals. New management and is now a multi-pet store with puppies, reptiles, birds and not much attention paid to the tanks, very sad. Their stereo was on a shelf right above the freshwater tanks loudly blasting a rock station...I'm sure that didn't stress the fish out at all. Huge empty dirty tanks, dirty filled tanks and the smell of doggie doo...I won't be back.

Fish only store that used to be very nice. Now with brand new management, too soon to tell. Freshwater, saltwater, plants & corals. All the tanks were running T5's and LED's. I thought it was odd that no metal halides were used over the corals. (I've been out of the hobby for a while so I'm still learning what's new out there, maybe that isn't so odd?)
