Wouldn't CA be closer than FL for shipping? Here's a link to a current auction; I've bought from the seller before, though it was Syno's, not Cyp's, and MD is quite a bit further from CA than AZ... In any case, check out his site for other species.

Thanks todd and Bre for these links I'm currently researching stock/price points between all these sites and the LFS. Either way, ~8 schooling cyps are confirmed. I'm finally getting work done on the stocking of both of my tanks.

Just watch the species of Cyp's, "jumbo" species won't work out in a 4' tank.

I agree, also bump up to 10 if your budget allows it. A little tighter but the bigger the school the better.

Hello, all I am sure this is late, but Trets and Calvus/Comps should mix ok, my trets are fine in 70 gal 4' tank although they are still juvies, I plan to pick up some adult Calus/Comps if I am lucky at the auction this weekend.

Also someone mentioned Dhonti. Where did you get it? I would love to get my hands on one.

i am picking up some paracyp. primrose for 7 bucks ea. from a guy about an hour away. although pretty common cyps, good for me being my first cyps. i will see what it would cost to ship over to u if the fish r nice...

yeah i used to raise Dhonti and i am left with a single female i know this because she was the one that was difficult and hid inside of shells making it very hard to catch and find her but now she is a biter and bites the fire out of me when my hand is near her cave..
