If I had a 180, I would want to do something similar. There's a lot of room there to add things and more room for more plants.
It will be interesting to see this tank a few months down the road, after the plants have grown out.

Here is an updated pic. I just started EI dosing at the end of last week. Hopefully the growth will really blow up from here!
Do minimal additions. I think the growth of the current plants will give you the addition you are looking for.
I also think it looks great now and I would let the existing plants grow in. It won't be long before you're yanking stuff out and selling in the classifieds.

The only additions ive made are 10 stems of red ludwigia and a small piece of driftwood with 3 anubias nana attached.
