My new pond

nice pond. i plan on doing one similar to it. do you know CT law about building water structures? I think in PA as long as it wasn't deeper than 4 ft i didn't need a fence, but i read somewhere else it was something like 20 inches in some places.
I was thinking a similar size, but maybe a little longer than wider. but seeing i'm not actually in the house i plan on building my pond in yet, i can just sit here and plan.

Yes I have some rock on the bottom very few I did add some plants and I noticed the UV clarifier is working very well after using it for 5 days the water cleared up quite a bit.

It varies by town, you should check with your town hall.
