Im moving an angel out of another tank so i can put him in it. The only fish he'll be near are the angels hes currently with.

Yes, but he's already been near those angels and potentially infected them. So if they are infected, and you move one to another tank, that fish takes the infection with it to the other tank.

Ok you don't understand.

I have a juvenile angel in a 10 gallon i was fattening up.

I have a pair of angelfish in my 29 where the betta is in his breeding net.

I plan on moving the juvenile angel to my 55 gallon to see if hes big enough to not get picked on by the other angels.

Then i was going to move the betta i that 10 that would be empty.

Is it normal for him to still be lethargic? He either lays on the ground or lays near the surface.

Here's a picture of what he looks like

is he active when eating and not having trouble breathing (gilling lol)?
My betta does the same thing, just kind of "lounges" around on leaves and stuff.
His fins look much better now that they aren't clamped. I think he will be more active when he has more space when he is in his permanent home.

He's in his permanent home. A decided 10 gallon. I actually haven't feed him since i moved him. With Christmas shopping i haven't had time for a water change so i didnt want to feed them but i think ill see how he eats today if i get home by 10.
