And a few different sites say 70+ is the minimum recommended tank size for flame angels. It seems you can get away with a smaller tank, but will have to put more effort into water quality.

Yeah I read about that too. I'm getting live rock soon that should give me time to pick what I really wanna do. I want something ideal but not difficult to do but the fish look really interesting and cool!

Could do a flame hawkfish in lieu of the lion. Similar perching behavior. Could also do a long nose hawk or a geometric hawk. Avoid larger hawks like arc eyes.

I'd skip the damsels. That leaves you with an angel, the clowns, and a goby. That will be pushing the limits of the tank, IMO, but with regular maintenance, it should be ok. Stick with one of the smaller, hardy clowns--avoid maroons and tomatoes, they'll be too big as adults.
