no, im not I tell ppl, that the father may have L144.......i sell them as plecos with both ABN/BN genes.........but im pretty sure about it being L144..........super close, i've found multiple sites, just need to find one like in a pleco book or something like taht.........

I don't know, as asking the breeders of the parent plecos is safer since they know which bn they used to breed yours, but make sure the buyers know as they will try to breed to get that color and may end up with no L144 gene.

i didn't buy from breeders

i bought from a petco(the only healthy fish was the one i bought), it was labeled L144/Albino BN as someone brought it in. Super gold It was on the petco sale price(the price for bought in fish) at $3.99......no way would i not buy it

i think it might have had parents with L144 and albino genes...........idk...........but what should i call it if im positive its a L144 as i have pic. proof.............

Well the only proof you can have is if you know what colors the parents were. If you don't, just don't say it does as you can't prove it with someone else's video or picture. I would just state your fry as Albino/brown mix since they are brown and have albino looking parents.

i said parents of UnID'd L144(assumed) pleco were L144 and albino

we shall see.....but if i get a few L144 babies out of the pair, then i'll assume that the father is either L144 or a cross of a L144 and albino

well, plecos are doing well.........................im not letting them get any more batches for now...........bc i took all clay pots out except 1 for the tiny self-cloning crayfish

bc i want soem more baby angels now.........so i placed in some slate and giant anubias which i took out when i bred the plecos
