Sorry about making you wait, but as you can probably guess, I've been pretty busy. Hopefully I'll get pictures up today.

Sorry guys, they weren't being very photogenic. The first two are a possibly undescribed pleco I caught that unfortunately was too big to bring home. The third is a weird catfish that I brought back but haven't seen since. The male apisto is a male cacatuoides that is the biggest and IMO nicest looking. There is the one smaller one with the greenish tint, and it is some sort of laetecara. The long, skinny one is a pyrrhulina that I forgot the psecies of right now. And the angel is just one of the double dark in their tank right now. Enjoy!

Just as an afterthought, has anybody here bred apistos with plecos in the tank? I'm looking at putting 2 L134's in and do not want them to eat apisto eggs.

L-134's would definitely eat Apisto eggs, no way the parents could fight them off at night. Same deal with the oddball catfish, not good for a breeding tank. It's not surprising that the catfish is invisible, doesn't look predatory so it probably burrows in leaf litter or similar muck and snatches whatever it can. From the relative size of the eyes it likely can't see very much clearly.
The big whiptail looks nice, but even if you'd brought it back it would have needed a bigger tank. Cool fish, good luck with spawning the Apisto's.

Northeast. If you look on the first post of this thread, I have a few maps.

I also forgot to mention we caught a few Crenicichla, a ton of Aequidens tetramerus, and a whole cooler full of hatchets.

Sadly no. I'm also very sorry to say that they were dissected by some stupid parasitologists.
