Those all stay relatively small, so I think they would work.

I would do a catalina goby but I have a heater that's always preset to 78*

That looks do-able. With a 3gal, you can do MASSIVE water changes if something goes wrong too, but looks like your BIO load is not too much (depending on if you ever over feed or not too).

Picked up 3 1/2 pounds of Fiji live rock today. I'm going to scape the tank tonight and add water. This is going to be fun.

Water is starting to clear up. I saw a yellow clown goby in person today and like it so that's what I'm going to get when the tank is ready. He said he wanted like $17 for it and I know they are under $10 so I don't know about that.
