tank has been up for about 2 weeks now, bought 25 ponds of live rock, added 20 lbs. of live sand, and added a raw shrimp to add even more bacteria for cycle. as you can see the live rock has plenty of life of it. One question on the pics, to the lower left you can see what i am assuming is a cucumber..are these dangerous if they were to die, pollute the water.. I found a couple more on the rocks growing as well as the dreaded Aptasia...can not wait for cycle to complete

purchased at local lfs...they have been in buisness for a long time and normally have anything a person can think of.. very well respected shop...here is Nashville T.N.

wow, i was thinkng the same thing clown-lover, when i goto my LFS i hopwe he has rock lik that, if he does i will be very vey happy, great looking tank to, great job with the rock selection and placement,

I do love those colors. Its hard to believe your tank is so colorful and you don't even have corals yet Great job.

Is it possible to get a full tank shot (edges of tank and stand)?

thank you for responses, I am getting antsy on adding more things, I want mushrooms, as well as a couple fish....nothing major just simple. I still need to get the aptasia out of the tank they are popping up everywhere. there is a shrimp out there that can help maintain this problem right? also any response on the cucumber issue if it were to die.

i have also left the lights on the whole two weeks that the tank has been set up, I know this is probably bad but I opted to keep them on...
