I wasn't too thrilled, but this was not my fault so I don't have the guilty conscience had it been something I could have prevented. Of course I didn't want it to die, but it was certainly out of my hands. Things need to stop dying in my presence.

Edit to add: wow, within 5 minutes of emailing liveaquaria's customer service, I got a response with credit to my account and an option to call to get it back on my credit card. I don't even have to send the remains back in or further prove the death. Pretty nice to have fast customer service like that.

No local stores have BTAs. I've been trying to find one in a reasonable distance but no luck yet.

there are some in cleveland and columbus, both of which are 3 hours one way. Once I'm done with my masters degree I'd have that time to spare, but right now, I'm doing good to get sleep every night haha.
