And last night managed to get the first coat of stain ( polyshades 2 in 1 actually) on the doors drawers and cabinet (still have to do the trim but ran out of room to lay it out)

Finally done!
So, after 2 gloss coats and a final satin coat, and finally deciding on hardware, the stand is finally done.
Now all I have to do is build the 125 gallon tank to go on it....lol

AS far as building customer stands, it's crossed my mind, but it's more a labour of love and to be honest without a better workspace and some higher end equipment ( ie spray booth for finishing) and trying to squeeze in build time around work and family I don't think it would be realistic from and economical point of view not to mention shipping. But thanks for the compliment.
