lol I seriously considered it too! What made me decide against is that I know I want a reef and a FOWLR would be a slippery slope and I don't have the money or time to get into reefing right now. It is wiser for me to put that off a bit longer, save more money and maybe in a few years when I am not traveling so much I can get into the salty side.

It IS a slippery slope, I've lost 1 of my close planty friends to domestically bred clownfish & anemones...& who knows what else now?!?
I always hoped my husband would catch the "salt bug" in retirement, so much new stuff to learn, but not just yet...

We call it going to the "dark side" in my plant club, lol! Although corals etc need lotsa lighting from the tiny bit I know.
I was going to say something crass about itchiness but not right now, lol.
