P. barbarus is the species you are looking for, it sounds like. Ask for "atlantic mudskipper", this is a more commonly used name I think. And like its been said, most LFSs should be able to order it, they are not particularly rare, just most stores don't stock them because they're not in high demand.

Ok, so out of curiousity I think I figured out where they got the $200 idea. The website they own has a minimum order of $200.
