They're actually Goo obo Gudgeons, Allomogurnda nesolepis.
"Goo obo" is the name that the local natives of Paro village gave to the water falls these fish come from. I *think* "goo obo" means "beautiful waters". Paro village is in the East Sepik region of Papua New Guinea. The Sepik River (largest in New Guinea at 698 miles long) flows through all of there and there are a lot of large streams that flow out from it.
