Mafia #6.....The Play

And I don't think the Vig. will come out until the Detective shows us the light...and I don't think the Vig. is with the Mafia....they haven't been since the role was created...giving us Townies the chance....and we really need to act fast or the game will be over tomorrow, me thinks....unless the Vig. can pull one off at the last minute tomorrow...we need both right now...
 
The mafia, being called to task for their recent infiltration of the innocents, quickly backpedals in a conciliatory fashion. "Oh no," they seem to say, "We weren't trying to get you lynched. We're just interested in getting to the bottom of this mystery." As they sharpen their knives and wait for me to turn my back.

I can't draw up any quotes and snappy lines at this point. Either you believe me or you don't. The mafia have played a perfect game as far as I can tell. We had too many aggressive players and we cut our own throats. Surely you can see that.

I encourage you to vote my list. If not, then you might as well vote for a random person. The mafia will probably not lynch me because doing so would legitimize my list.
 
If we vote with at least one person on your list who do you suggest then...Me, Plantling, Mad, or King, and what if we all vote for Mad and he turns out to be just an Innocent and the same with Plantling or even Me or even King, one on the list is a Mafia member...then what will we think, if you are not the Mafia, and then your list is invalid....for I know for sure I am not the Mafia....

Detective really needs to do some digging on the list that they havent already looked at...
 
I suggest either Mad or Sway.

Mee-mee... that's all double talk and you know it. Everything you just said is what every innocent goes through every time we vote or even suggest something.

That list is the best I've got. I got nothing else. If my list doesn't work, then we are screwed completely. If it does, then we have one more night to make a difference. I don't see anyone else pushing for someone as aggressively as me.

Think, would a mafia need to push this hard? No, they're winning. I have to to save us.
 
A quick post from San Diego. I only have a short time to be online, still working.

I do not know how swayde and dwarf puffers have fallen off of peoples lists.

I also think nic, for someone that wanted the players to stop posting so much, sure had a run of posts. Is this to take attention off of swayde? Swayde was not on my list, but IceH2O seems pretty sure about it. I see no reason not to vote to lynch swayde.

My current list is:

DP
nic
swayde

Also, of course "we" is the town. I do not want us to waterdown our votes and then let the 7 mafia sway the vote at the end. So my vote the next day will be for nic or DP. I would much rather vote for DP, but if only a few of us are voting that way then we let the mafia control the voting.

Correction to my post.

It is ZSandmann who is willing to put his game life on the line to lynch Swayde. Iceh2O was lynched.

Why did DP survive? Why are people not willing to follow ZSandmann?

At this point, there should be really two camps, one with ZSandmann and one against. All this other stuff makes the town weak.

There are a lot of veteran players and I am shocked that I even have to type this and point it out. We (the town) are letting the mafia make us chase shadows.

I really need to look at the voting. The mafia is pushing their weight around this game.
 
One more post, then I need to work.

All this "Where is the detective?" and the "Detective should come out." stuff is total BS.

I am sure the Detective has tried to put his input in. I am pretty sure the Detective is on some folks mafia list. There is no way the Detective should come out, there are 7 mafia. I am sure the Dectective has done his best to help us. Let's try not to lynch them, like we did the Doctor.
 
JL, I wish ppl haven't forgotten about DP also. If only pple didn't want to go after what they thought was a bigger fish yesterday then we would still have Ice and probably one less Mafia. I'll vote for DP next game day also if others are willing.

mee-mee, honestly I don't have a clue about the bala turning west to east. I may even owe HN an apology for reading too much into the clues.

Ogre, if you're a townie, then I apologize. It just seems like you're putting no thought into the game when you post the snitch's list and just say go with that. Strategically it's flawed because with so many Mafia, we'd be better off just to go with a random vote. But we don't have to go random because we have clues to go on and I just wish you were more helpful in helping us find those clues.

That is the morning post. That's an interesting point, since the only people who dies during the night are innocent.
