if you know saying that means nothing, then why say it?...just about every bad guy will say that when feeling pressure..something isn't right with you..
i suggest we stay on DC, and then move on to CL..after my posts last night, he was watching the thread..and made no effort to question why i think he is the head of either rebel group..i strongly feel we will not be dissapointed if we lynch him tonight.
doc....PLEASE protect me tonight!

President doesn't need protection because the bodyguard is still here. If the pres is hit, the bodyguard takes it.
The bodyguard might ask for protection...if the pres is hit and the bodyguard takes it, but the Dr is protecting the bodyguard, I would imagine the BG stays in the game and would be able to take further hits from the BG?
Also a rebel could ask for protection. This would make sense if the rebel team had done an investigation and found the bodyguard. If the doc doesn't know who the BG is, and a rebel member makes a plea for protection, it leaves the BG open for a hit if the doc goes with the request.
Other power roles...detective might ask for protection as well I guess, if he/she felt threatened.
I don't have much strong feeling one way or the other about K, just trying to talk this out.
because if i am right about DC(im certain i am) and he goes un-lynched..there's a good chance i will be hit tonight..unless the rebels dont want to be so obvious..

Why would DC's lynching have any causality over whether you will be hit tonight or not? Regardless of his power role/lack thereof, if a hit is put on you from either CIA or FBI, it would go through whether the leader is lynched or not....am I missing something?
where did i say it wouldn't?
im saying if he doesn't get lynched tonight and he IS the head of either one, then there is a better chance i'll be hit for naming him as the head...but something tells me they wont hit me because it'll be too obvious..unless they are desperate.
i'll be hit either way, if he is lynched, or if he isnt...which is why im asking for protection.
